Vitromedia-HYADASE

MEDIUM FOR THE REMOVAL OF CUMULUS CELLS FROM HUMAN OOCYTES:

V-HYADASE is used for the enzymatic removal of cumulus and corona cells from the oocyte prior to ICSI procedures. It contains 80 IU/mL of Hyaluronidase in HEPES buffered HTF, supplemented with HSA.

• Endotoxin tested (< 1.00 EU/mL).
• 96h 1-cell mouse embryo assay (MEA) ≥ 80%.
• Store at 2-8 °C.
• 5 x 1 mL Microvial.
